I paid £178.20 including v.a.t. I was left with a 'repair' that required another plumber to do which will cost @£130.
The Rightio plumber said I had a choice of a stopgap job or a very expensive proper repair.
During the job he took private telephone calls and seemed to me to be prolonging the length of time taken to use more than one hour . His first action on arriving was to take my financial details , which I had already given to the Rightio telephone operator . I would never , ever use Rightio again . Job no. 5845471.
