I was skeptical of the service at first, it seemed too good to be true. They set up a free 2-week trial run and it really sold me. I then had an issue because I had to get a new phone. I sent a help request through e-mail, and support staff called me in less than 5 minutes, and had me up and running in less than 10 minutes. Top-notch service. I didn't even know I needed the service but it has helped me tremendously as I work in the field every day and cannot answer every call.
