Payed over 100 dollars for priority international shipping.. was supposed arrived within 6 to 10 days... and almost one month later I haven’t received it! Now with one day until Christmas the item still is not even in my state so my child will miss out on their Christmas present! When I contacted them all I was told was it has been sent and gave me a tracking number.. but when I looked into it I realised they waited almost 2 weeks to send it even though I payed over 100 dollars to make sure it arrived by Christmas! Extremely dissatisfied.
