Please save yourself money and time.....they "send" your item out....you never receive it....you email customer service to get the run around....then when said items wind back up at their company they only refund you the item amount. They are screwing people out of lots of money. One item I paid more to ship just to be refunded the little the item actually cost.....they pocketed over 25$ in shipping from my kids....they lost their Christmas money to these crooks! On top of it all they refused to have anyone contact me by phone when asked multiple times.
