It’s funny ringside has a excuse for every review on here I ordered the last dance cm punk. It was all torn and ripped and bent when it got here I am a disabled vet with nothing below the knee. I have spent tons of money on ringside and instead of them figuring out a way to get me a new figure. they said I had to print out a return label I have no printer then go to fedex wich I would have to have legs to do. Mail it back to them and wait for a claim which by that time the figure would be sold out. So I wouldn’t ever get the figure at all I didn’t pay for damaged packaging I paid full price. There shipping policy clearly says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make you go through the hassle of returning the item because they know not all people have the means to do so. So they just let it slide. And when you call you get to talk to Dominique who you will get no help from at all just attitude because they where asked to do there job. And follow the policy that it says on there site so all in all if you order from them just pay for damaged packaging cus 50% out of the time that’s what you’re gonna get. If you’re a inbox collector like myself don’t waste you’re time or money. Go to bbts or big apple toys or 5 below anywhere else but ringside
