Customer service is horrible. I ordered a figure. Arrived damaged. They told me to send it back and they will replace it. I sent it back with the label THEY SENT ME. then they tell me they never got it.
And this isnt the first time its happened. I DO NOT reccommend ringsidecollectibles to anybody.
