No customer service, no one ever answers. You email and ask about status , they cant give any answers. I ask has it shipped yet which is 3 business days later ,their answer
( well it should) They truly suck at customer service, dont expect to receive an item on time for any occasion neded. My OPINION find another company to buy from, dont support a company that just wants your money and not give quality service
