I began thinking the store was great with the variety of figures and accessories. Then i saw reviews for the cite and the were horrible, from broken figures to missing items. That made me anxious, but sure enough i got and email when the label was made and a text when it arrived 2 days early. The ultimate table and announce table they sell are pretty hard to get to collapse but hopefully that changes after theyre broken in. Overall im pretty satisfied
