Absolutely terrible experience. They didn’t warn me about the shipping times for the Panama Canal during holidays. Took months just to get a real tracking update only for FedEx to lose the package. When I called they told me the supervisor was out of office and didn’t know when he would be back in. Out $70 with no result in sight. You are way better off shopping on Amazon at least they make it right
