I have been trying to contact Rinkit for about 9 months now with this email to multiple email address to Rinkit.com which reads:
I'm still waiting on my order to arrive and it had been months so far and still nothing no help from anyone no return or no swing set I need to know where my package is thanks.

With zero response, this has to be one of the worst websites to order from when you don't get the product or a refund I highly suggest not shopping here.
