someone from rinkit eventually did reply to my email, they said they're all working from home that's why there is a delay in receiving email confirmation. They said they have my order and it will be sent in 5 days. So I'm hopeful now everything will turn out to be OK. They also said they're returning back to work soon so phone line should be operational from Friday I'll keep you all updated.
