I had an extremely frustrating experience with RiseGuide. They charged me without my consent and kept me on an automatic payment plan despite multiple requests to cancel. When I asked for a refund and to close my account, they ignored my emails completely. I had to dispute the charges through PayPal just to try and get my money back. This company is unresponsive and takes advantage of customers by continuing to charge them without authorization. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering using their services, be warned—getting in touch with their customer service is nearly impossible.
