I had tried different multi vitamins in the past and found no luck in regards to one that didn't make me feel ill after taking it. I began to research into brands and stumbled upon Ritual after just a few clicks. I was working with another vitamin brand that gave me a combination of different vitamins to take targeted to combat my acne but after a few months, I didn't see a difference and the amount I had to consume each day and how to consume it was frustrating. Additionally, the amount of plastic generated from so many bottles was overwhelming.
