I had a call for next day delivery between 1 and 5 pm, at 5:30 I called to chase up, the guy was very apologetic and stated the driver hah encountered delays and should be with me at 7pm
The item arrived at approx.7:10 with no problems. A neighbour kindly took it in as we were late for a function.
Excellent service only marred by lack of a phone call to inform of the delay, otherwise great communication.
