The overall shopping experience was very good. I ordered a TV on Sunday and it was delivered 2 days later on Tuesday. All went very smoothly. A couple of things which could be improved though are the following: - I don't think the website mentioned how quickly they would deliver the item. So I did not know what to expect and if the items was actually in stock. - Furthermore I received an order acknowledgement rather than an order confirmation which stated "This e-mail is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you." I find this practice not very good. If I order an item and pay for it the company should be able to confirm this order and do not keep their options open until they have actually dispatched the item. This is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5.
