I purchased a Samsung 55 inch smart TV (UE55JU6800) from RLR. What was delivered was a 49 inch LG TV, with a different customer's contact details attached, in a completely different geographic location. I emailed RLR and received an apology with a commitment to rectify. A follow-up phone call did little to provide reassurance that this would actually happen. However, two days later the correct order was fulfilled. The TV is great and was way cheaper than Currys. RLR should consider upgrading their order processing software to avoid unnecessary delivery charges and customer frustration.
