I ordered a Washer/Dryer which was dispatched very quickly and arrived within 4 working days, which was great. The 2 guys who delivered it were very helpful in getting into the property.
The only criticism I would have would be regarding communicating when the delivery would take place. An email would be good, instead I had a voice message the day before saying it would arrive the next day before 2pm. I had no opportunity to change the day, but luckily I was going to be in, though it actually arrived around 4pm.
Otherwise a great service.
