I found them easy to deal with, I rang them regarding delivery and found them obliging and helpful.
Delivery was quick with 2 men who where very pleasant.
We are very pleased with the Samsung washing machine every quite and my wife finds the 15minute wash very useful.
Overall we are very pleased and will use them again.
