Fantastic product and brilliant service. The test is always, how well does a company react when things go wrong?
It was a tiny thing, in that the TV was missing a UK plug and only had the European plug.
Well one email to them and it was all sorted quickly and professionally with a new plug on its way the next day. Couldn't be happier with the service and a great price on a good product as well.
