Poor communication. They phoned on Tuesday 10th to say that the box was damaged so they would put it in new bo, refund me £25 and arranged another day for delivery. I came home on Saturday 14th to find a delivery note. I had to go and collect the TV myself only to find it still in a damaged box (I have pictures) and had also clearly been opened, I suspect it was a display mode, and one battery was missin. I have checked my accounts and the £25 has not been refunded.
