I was trepid after reading some negative reviews, so was prepared for a wait with little feedback. Very pleasantly surprised! Ordered an LG 3D TV on the Sunday that was "Damaged Box, TV Brand New", Monday was a Bank Holiday. Wednesday I got a phone call to confirm that the order was damaged box, but brand new, before they shipped. Thursday, product arrived absolutely as described. I wasn't there when it arrived at midday, so my mum signed for it (box was a state) as "unchecked", as you can't really tell until plugged and working properly. Maybe peoples expectations are too great nowadays. Mine were low and RLR performed way above them. Brilliant product, Great price, Fantastic service. Would order from RLR again and recommend.
