Everyone was very helpful. My purchase wasn't straight forward because of an issue with the road not being adopted, staff worked hard to reassure me it was ok to proceed. You had to chase my solicitor a fair bit, sorry about that. We got there in the end. It was so nice going in to pick up my keys and be given a bottle of wine - thank you.
