They arranged a good amount of viewings despite our property having previously been on the market with a different agent, and secured a sale within a very reasonable amount of time. We had no hesitation to purchase through Robert Cooney also and did several viewings with the team who were all highly reliable, honest and friendly. Our sale was complicated by having an overseas buyer during a period of Brexit uncertainty - without the excellent progression services provided by Robert Cooney it is highly unlikely that the transactions would have proceeded.
