We chose Robery Cooney to act as our Agents for selling our property in Taunton and did not regret it. They were efficient and friendly, viewings were handled with professionalism and feedback was prompt and clear. Unusually, they have a dedicated "sales progression" department ie someone dedicated to managing the process once we had accepted an offer and this worked well. Our sale did not progress smoothly but the team continued to push forward until exchange. I would recommend them 100%. Nice to have a good local, independent firm too. Thank you!
