Ordered a chest of drawers £825 October 2022 and told it would be delivered the following week.
February 2023. After numerous excuses/lies about being delivered the next week which never came I asked for a refund which was ignored. Finally I was told I would be refunded but no refund materialised. After many calls and email which are ignored or excuses/lies still no refund.
Disgusting. Sadly the only option is legal action.
