I learned that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the funds! Despite the fact that my case was valid, customer service did not respond upon my request even after a few exchange emails. Had it not been for S I M O N C H's intervention, I would have ended myself deeply in debt and lost all of my money, including the account.
They saved me and returned all of my money.
