DO NOT GET A ROCKDOOR On our 3rd door … door keeps splitting around glass . Paid for a new replacement as told outside of warrantee even though it is a clear manufacturing fault. New door came today but they have sent the wrong lock ane Keep and are refusing to reimburse the costs for the Fitter to come back out. They are trying to make us pay for their error. The customer service is shocking.. or should I say non-existent. I do not understand how this company is still going. The fact you cannot even deal with them directly and have to go through the Fitter is just ridiculous. They talk to you as though you don’t matter and are SO rude.
