Wow what a load of rubbish . We are now on our fifth door in 8 years everytime it’s sunny we know the door is going to bow again , we’ve been told it’s because of the colour graphite grey what a load of utter nonsense , the company are producing products that are not fit for there purpose and certainly not there 10 year warranty , we were recently asked by the company we bought it from did we just want a different door at our cost !. We know it’s going to go again so at some point we will have to bite the bullet , my advice don’t go anywhere near them save your money and buy a better cheaper door . We’ve also been told that rockdoor just continue to change the slabs rather than stop producing utter rubbish . Our door is the same as the one on the pictures with the long bar and weve also been told by a fitter recently that the long bars are rubbish as they put more pressure on the door when shutting … don’t think this Would be the case if we weren’t having to force the door shut due to the distorted slab . Seriously read the review and don’t waste your money .
