Great product which makes long distance flight planning a breeze
Past year though lots of problems finding routes so needed to call the help desk a lot( one trip of 4 flights in Europe all plans either no route found or problems even after Rocketroute found the route) was advised due to Eurocontrol computer route updates but even so not good enough. The help desk were very good at resolving these issues promptly for me
Would like to see more reliability so I don't need to use alternative systems when stuck
