This is my second year and I am hopeful that service will resume as we ended last year badly with unexplained issues abound on accessing the approach charts on a mobile device. Logging queries resulted in some help but this remains an unanswered issue from RR and is now 4/5 months old!
Toward the end of last year we also had 50% 'no route found' being the standard return on a request for an IFR routing from A to B.
