I have been a RR customer since the early days, at least 4 years. In general I am very positive about the service and recommend you frequently to friends etc.
However, I ask that you keep investing in the team that provides routing solutions for tricky routes when I cannot get an answer from the automated system and my own efforts. This is a critically important system for me, but sometimes it can take hours to get help.
