My treatment option works great! I don't have any complaints about the Tadalafil 20mg. At first trial I was thinking it was going to be 1 pill an hour before sex. As I woke up the next morning I was able to play again without any issues or another dose. I now take 1 pill daily and I can be spontaneous again. It's like I'm 24 all over again, solid and full of energy.
