Well, you asked. I ordered a set of 4 Cabana towels in blue. Turned up on time, well packaged etc. All good. Then a few days later I ordered four of the same type of towels, but in green, as a christmas present. Alas they did turn up on time, but not packaged. No original packaging, just folded and individualy put in plastic courier bags, and then all four into another courier bag. Dissapointed as now i have to make them look nice as a present, not just some cheap towels i got from Kmart. To Rockays credit they included a 15% discount voucher. Still don't know if it was because i placed multiple orders, or because of the missing packaging. On a happier note, the towels are really nice.
