Hi...I ordered a R1 hoverboard bk in 2017 for my son for christmas...and we still have it...I emailed the company in 2018 on about the battery not charging and wasnt turning on n they emailed me bk and told me how to send it bk so they could inspect it and they did so and sent it bk and in all working order...and since then still working for the past 2 years since having it repaired and my son loves the bluetooth feature as he likes listening to his music through the hoverboard whilst on it..😊
