Having 3 young girls, scooters and hoverboards have been on Christmas and birthday lists. We purchased our 1st hoverboard about 4 years ago, and the last 6 months ago. (Girls age range from 6 to 14) Ordering is the easy part, however after 9 months we had an issue with it, I spoke to customer service, sent the board back, it was fixed and returned within the week. Great customer service, no hassles. The hoverboards have a great battery life and they take a beating as well. the last hoverboard we purchased came with protectors / covers for the top of the wheel cover, great idea!!! Several years on from the 1st purchase, the hoverboards are all still going strong
