We bought a standard black hoverboard. As we weren't going to be home and I couldn't get through to the delivery company, I called Rolab's customer service and they sorted it out for me.
The hoverboard is great, my son and his friends use it and I have had a go on it as well! It is easy to use even for beginners and a lot of fun for the more experienced kids. Another good thing is the battery which lasts several hours with a single charge. We're very satisfied with the product and Rolab's customer care
