In terms of ordering and delivery this couldn't have been any easier or quicker. We had regular updates as the receipt of order, dispatch etc and the tracking system for delivery was very handy. My only little quibble is the vagueness of some of the instructions in relation to assembly of the hoverkart...but we worked things out. All in all a major hit. The birthday boy almost cried with happiness! I would recommend to friends and family.
