Spoke to Richard in sales team who made me feel confident in purchasing a hover board for my daughter. I was a little apprehensive about buying online with hearing bad stories about them. It was great to speak to Richard on the phone who was very professional and I felt assured where I was punching it from. It was a gift for her birthday and she loves it. Excellent customer service and fantastic next day delivery. I will be most definitely be buying another one for my little boy from Rolab.
