It's the only cereal we buy it's streets ahead of other brands ,I usually have it with my Greek yogurt for breakfast it's very filling and not too sweet just a couple of spoonfuls does the trick and lots of different combinations which are all very good ,I always buy the six pack mix and match ,excellent value
