Purchased this after reading a book about the harmful effects of ultra processed foods and wanted something that didn't include all the fillers and bulking agents in normal cereal. All I can say is wow!!! My favourite so far is the caveman granola with huge peices of fruit and chunks of nut. I will be ordering on a regular basis. I have this on yogurt for a dessert rather than brekki as it feels so luxary and tasty. Can't wait to try other flavours.
