Type 2 diabetic..i first irdered 3 small packs to try . 1 was pecan n coconut . I then messaged n asked best one for me ... pecan and coconut was low carb abd very low sugar ..absolutely gorgeous did not raise my blood sugars . And more importantly it was so filling .. iv now ordered the 1kg pack . Bit pricey but worth every penny . Will last for months x thankyou rollagranola x
