Sorry not for me. The nuts are far to hard inparticular the Almonds like trying to get your teeth through little pebbles. The concept of this cereal is brilliant and very tasty but the manufacturer needs to tone down the Almonds mabe grinding them down to little pieces but certainly not whole. Would I buy again sadly not in its present format.
