These taste very natural and healthy without all of the additives and extra sugars. My favourite is Zesty Caveman. My only gripe is that some of the other blends (I’ve had four types), the nuts aren’t crushed down enough, so you end up with a spoon of basically whole hazelnuts for example. I only have a large ramekin of it with natural yoghurt so I notice it more. That said, I’ll be a regular customer for sure, and there are some other blends I’m keen to try.
