I was not impressed by your service recovery when I tried to cancel an order. I was led to believe it had been cancelled (with some caveats) but you blamed an AI bot and merely offered me the postage to send it back which wasn't convenient and having been a customer for many years, I felt it was a poor response. I like your product but the inability to cancel effectively and to be told it was AI that led to the confusion was not great. Also, I sent an email back to you which I still haven't received a reply for. I would expect better. BTW your option around response times below needs amending - there is a massive gap between 6-12 hours and a week (my response was around 3 days I think).
