I bought three different flavours of this, it's every bit as tasty and filling as it says. Loads of nuts, which is great.
I have a bowlful with fruit and yoghurt, and it sees me through until lunchtime.
My only issue is with the hardness of the fruit, like the sultanas and raisins. ( harder than the nuts)
But all in all, I shall be buying again.
