Great space and lovely experience
Could have better ambience with chill out music
Each guest should be provided a towel as not everyone will be carrying one with them.
A few more instructions at each station
Not sure if I am meant to reuse the cold bath water after someone else has been in it.
Filtered water should be provided in the bar area.
