We booked on Sunday and we arrived to loud music playing from the rooftop. Considering its a space to unwind I didnt think it was ideal. The cabin was dirty with hair on the floor. I assumed the cold plunge and tubs were one per cabin but i was mistaken and was very grossed out by the hazy, cloudy, dirty looking water. It was also a hot day and i could literally see multiple people jumping from tub to tub. This was disappointing because it defeats the point of having a private, calm moment in the middle of a busy city. If i had known the entire experience wasn't private i would have never booked.
