The sauna is lovely, and the set up with the big window is great, especially looking out over london on a rainy day! Having a private rest/refreshment area with complementary oils and hot drinks is also a really lovely touch. The only thing that marks it down by one star is that the cold plunges aren't very cold. The bucket showers are great though and all other aspects were perfect.
