I had the express sauna experience and it didn’t disappoint. A private cabin with its own changing area and shower meant you didn’t feel rushed and you could really relax. The whole cabin and cold plunge area was immaculately clean. It felt like a really upmarket experience without the cost. Will definitely be back!
