The customer service and hygiene standard is very low.I was disappointed with my experience at the Brixton rooftop sauna considering the fee paid and service rendered .The door didnt close properly on the cabin so the people outside and the staff could see in breaching my privacy.Broken shower gel pump,the temperature in the sauna didnt retain the heat,the sauna seats are very uncomfortable,no value for money per my experience. Definitely not going back.
